How much can you earn?
The project offers investments in real estate, with further tokenization of square meters. Each tariff plan is a real estate object. There are 2 types: "Rent"and "Share".
"Rent" – is the tariff we recommend. By investing in it, you will earn an average of 1% per day depending on the object on an indefinite basis. The body of the deposit is frozen for 30 days, after which you can request its unlocking at any time and without a commission. The unlocking period lasts 7 days, while your deposit is credited to your account balance, after which you can order a payout to your wallet.
"Share" – involves freezing the deposit for a specific term, from 30 to 180 days depending on the object. The body of the deposit and the profit are paid at the end of the term.
